The 2021 growing season was ideal with long periods of fine weather which built flavour over many months. The bouquet has lifted violets and red berry fruits, wrapped in the lovely complexity of small oak maturation and time. While the palate shows great intensity of fruit, predominantly cassis and black jube, balanced with lovely acidity and beautiful fine grained tannin.Deep crimson with bright purple. Aroma of cassis, mint chocolate, violets and cedar spice. Lavish bramble fruit and a fine chalky structure, balanced with powerful black jube and savoury spices on the finish.
