Description

Deep and dense, with dark red and brick hues showing signs of graceful ageing. Opulent and atmospheric, this wine transports you to a comfy leather chair by the fire. Layers of coffee, smoky bacon, and aged leather are complemented by fresh primary notes of black olive, capsicum, and tomato leaf. A wonderfully complex and evolving nose. The palate remains youthful in structure, with firm yet ripe tannins and a fresh line of acidity giving excellent length. Herbaceous and dark chocolate notes are prominent, with an abundance of blueberry adding fruit driven lift and balance.
